I really wanted to grow out my hair... I got to the awkward stage and I didn't have a problem with it and I even liked it but my mother and father, my gym trainer, my teacher, my friends and everyone annoyed me so much that I had to cut it down to the short hair stage :/ I don't know why can't they just let me be and do whatever I want with my own appearance...

So, my mother went to beauty school to be a hair dresser & 1 of the VERY IMPORTANT things I learned from her was that oil and water DONT MIX! You should NEVER apply oil to WET HAIR. That can cause even more damage, when applying heat to dry it. Otherwise, the rest of what he’s saying is correct. But please…do NOT apply ur oil until ur hair is already dry!!! Ur welcome!

pro tip: the best haircut to grow out your long hair so wont get the awkward phase is get a undercut for the first 3-4months of your 1 year growing a long hair after like 6months you tie a top mini man-bun already and after a year its already badass long hair.
